REFUND POLICY

TOUR CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works to ensure the best experience for everyone:

 

RESERVATIONS

• Cancellation 72 hours or more in advance:

  • Option A: Rebook the tour date without any extra fee.

  • Option B: 90% refund. (We charge you a 10% cancellation fee)

• Cancellation 48 hours or less before the excursion: No refund. This is due to the costs associated with reserving your spot, preparing the equipment and scheduling our guides.

• If you give notice that you will arrive a “little” late to the start of the tour (less than one hour late), we won’t charge you, but if you don’t’ give notice, we will charge you 10%.

• No show or late arrival for the tour: No refund.

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form to bikepark@elitecyclery.com.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for reasons beyond our control, always prioritizing the welfare of our customers. While our cancellations are infrequent, when they occur, we provide appropriate solutions, including full refunds or alternative tours. Please note that custom tour prices may vary from what’s displayed on our website, and we ensure transparency regarding costs before your payment.
