The Cave Bike Park does everything possible to guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in this document and, to the best of its knowledge and understanding, all information is accurate and current at the time of its publication. We do everything possible to ensure that the information and prices shown on the website are accurate and current. However, there may be errors and last minute changes due to the nature of the services. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse, to accept, cancel and reimburse, or modify without prior notice, any reservation that has been purchased with information that has been published with errors or outdated information. Updates are posted on our website when new information becomes available. However, The Cave Bike Park is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions contained in this document.

The Cave Bike Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any change to these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately after posting on our website. The continued use of this website after posting such changes will be considered an acceptance of these.

PRICE
(Subject to change without prior notice, once the payment is made it is valid without altering the price paid)

The quoted prices are based on the fixed costs at the time of publication. Prices are valid at the time of the quote and are guaranteed until full payment is received. These prices depend on a number of variable factors, including, without limitation, labor costs, equipment and tools, exchange rates and other factors. If these costs increase, The Cave Bike Park reserves the right to increase the price of any of our products or services. All price increases may reflect the administrative costs incurred. The Cave Bike Park establishes its prices based on its costs, as well as the anticipated demand. The Cave Bike Park constantly reviews its prices throughout the season, according to availability and demand. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices accordingly.

PROMOTIONS
(Limited dates)
Periodically, The Cave Bike Park advertises promotional offers or makes available electronic discount coupons, which may be limited to selected destinations and excursions. All these promotions and coupons are temporary and, therefore, have a start and end date. They can not be combined with any other promotion that can be published and made available at the same time. All prices and promotions published and offered by The Cave Bike Park have limited space availability and may be withdrawn at any time, with or without notice.

CHILDREN AND BABIES
The age limit for children on our tours varies depending on the specific tour. The Cave Bike Park recommends checking the tour specifications on our website or contacting us directly at The Cave Bike Park customer service to determine the applicable age requirements and conditions for children.

Upon arrival at the tour site, we may request proof of age or assess the abilities of any children on the tour. If a child's age or abilities do not meet the minimum requirements for safe tours, The Cave Bike Park may deny them access to prevent accidents or delays.

Due to the geographical, climatic, and jungle conditions of the area, these tours are NOT RECOMMENDED for babies, and therefore, babies are not permitted on the tours.

PREGNANCY
The Cave Bike Park will accept women in the first stages of pregnancy on some of our tours, as long as the tour poses no risk to the health of the woman or her baby, and to prevent complications or premature labor. Our tours may restrict access to women in advanced stages of pregnancy for safety reasons. Please check with the Cave Bike Park Contact Center in advance.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARDS POLICY
The Cave Bike Park, accepts MasterCard, Visa credit cards as forms of payment. The Cave Bike Park or its affiliates, but not your travel agency, will be listed as the seller on your credit card statement. Your authorization to use your credit card number to pay for the services provided by The Cave Bike Park indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether you have signed the credit card forms. Therefore, by authorizing The Cave Bike Park to use your credit card to pay for your tour services, you confirm that you will pay the full amount charged for those services to the card issuer, in accordance with your cardholder agreement. Simultaneously, you are also acknowledging your acceptance of The Cave Bike Park Terms and Conditions.

When booking with The Cave Bike Park, your credit card number, your billing information and all information provided are subject to a verification process. Please verify the accuracy by providing all these details, otherwise your credit card may be declined, and your reservation canceled, with or without prior notice and without any liability on the part of The Cave Bike Park. Whether or not the cardholder is included in your reservation, The Cave Bike Park may request additional information about you and the cardholder (including, without limitation, a third party credit card authorization form, copy of the front and the reverse side of the credit card and two or more identity documents issued by a government) at any time after the reservation. The Cave Bike Park can also request another form of payment for your reservation in case you can not provide the required information to the satisfaction of The Cave Bike Park. When using a credit card, the reservation and prices are not guaranteed until the verification process is completed. The Cave Bike Park can cancel any reservation if there is suspicion of fraud, theft, or dishonesty.

If you require an invoice, please notify us at the time of your check-in or request it within the same month in which your visit was made.

Processing banks can add charges and exchange rates to your payment. The Cave Bike Park has no control over these charges.

PROOFING (VOUCHERS)
All reservations are subject to availability. Proof of all The Cave Bike Park products and services will not be issued until The Cave Bike Park has received its full and final payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive your voucher with additional information to the email address provided or a hard copy of your receipt if you are already at the destination.

Contact us immediately if you do not receive your voucher within 24 hours of your reservation.

Follow the instructions detailed on your voucher for confirmation. The cardholder must sign the receipt before any transfer or tour of The Cave Bike Park. The voucher is not valid until the holder of the card or the main traveler signs it and until it is presented at the beginning of the transfer, excursion or activity together with valid identity documents and with a photo indicating the name.

OVERWHELMING FORCE
The Cave Bike Park can not assume any responsibility for loss, damage or injury of any nature, total or partial, resulting from fortuitous event or any other force majeure condition that includes, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution, inclement weather conditions , earthquakes, floods, shortages or failures of water supply or energy, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots, riots or civil commotions and any other act of similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or other work interruptions, restrictions of rulers or peoples , expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, governmental health warnings or warnings or warnings of any kind or nature, governmental seizures, denial or cancellation or suspension or delay of any governmental authority or any license, permit or authorization , damage to installation or the travel provider and its facilities or any other unforeseen circumstances. APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions are binding on all members of the client’s family, dependents, succession, heirs, assigns and personal legal representatives.

DIVISIBILITY
If any term or condition or any segment of this document is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect and, if possible, the party (s) deemed unenforceable. (s) will be interpreted consistently with the remaining segments.

RECOGNITION:
When making a reservation to purchase a service or product from The Cave Bike Park, the client hereby acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions contained in this document.
